In a world where we experience little empathic action, many are repelled by the unhealthy violent hierarchy of power that is internalized and practiced by many people. For this reason, many people train themselves in real empathy – to feel both themselves and the other person and to create a togetherness instead of a togetherness.
In areas of personal development and the development of empathic behavior, many turn away from the violent side. And very many turn away to such an extent that they empathetic . Instead of placing ourselves above other people (violent), we now place others above ourselves(empathic). It may often seem particularly empathetic if we always listen carefully to everyone and try to take them seriously. However, we often lose sight of our own boundaries and encourage violence against ourselves.
This is exactly what we discover in a non-cognitive way with the boxing gloves. Set boundaries, find clarity, experience your own strength potential. With a strong body feeling we go through life differently and can use this experience for our daily work and life. Of course, lasting change requires years of practice. The workshop therefore serves as a small insight and as a reference experience.
There is no wild boxing or high-risk training. Dangerous behavior by other participants will result in immediate exclusion from the workshop.
Workshop procedure:
10:00 a.m. = Arrival and check-in
10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. = Boxing training
12:15 p.m. – 2:45 p.m. = lunch and digestion
14:45 – 15:00 = Arrival and check-in
15:00 – 17:00 = Boxing training
5:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. = Closing
Target group:
Hardly any boxing experience
(if you’ve already been in the ring, you’re bored)
Physically able to move and injury-free
(you don’t have to be an athlete)
