Who we are
Our team is united by the vision that everyone can live their own work as an expression of their personal calling. We dream of effective collaboration that is also people-centered. And from the high effectiveness of products and services that also help to regenerate the planet.
We are all practitioners and have many years of experience in various roles in the NewWork sector.
We have experienced:
… the advantages and disadvantages of developing tech products in agile contexts,
… how it works to realize innovations in a large corporation,
… how we successfully lead people in different levels of consciousness and paradigms,
… how we organize our work in hierarchy, holacracy and self-organization in various models.
Many of us are still responsible in these contexts and so we complement each other to form an effective and fun team that loves its own work. The advice and support is the result of many years of work.
We live what we advise!

…supports teams that build digital products to solve relevant problems. He has led various cross-functional teams as Senior Product Manager and managed the product organization as Product Lead at a startup for digital leadership development. Prof. Dr. Tilman Eckloff
…is a border crosser between scientific research and application-oriented consulting practice. As part of his professorship in social psychology at the Business & Law School Berlin, he researches the background to human behaviour and experience in the social context of organizations. In his consulting practice with re|spic|ere, he develops and uses evidence-based tools and interventions against this background. He uses these to help individuals, teams and organizations to develop successfully in their respective social contexts and to cope appropriately with systemic complexity. His focus is always on ensuring that the communication, cooperation, leadership and structure practiced serve both the development of the individual and the efficient implementation of common, larger goals.
