Anne Kliebisch
… as an agile manager at DB Systel, combines her experience of agility in small start-ups with her corporate experience. In her role as Product Owner, she is responsible for the product development and introduction of a new product in the Metaverse context of the railroad.
She benefits from her experience as a founder of her own companies and her position as an organizational developer in a tech start-up with a focus on agility and collective leadership. Their aim is to introduce intelligent and tailor-made processes in every station that enable people to develop personally and achieve their goals at the same time. In doing so, she puts the theories of self-organization and agility into practice.
Frank Ewert
…lives agile working in the most diverse roles of his career to date. He currently supports Shop Apotheke Europe as an expert in agile organizational development. Previously, he supported Mister Spex as an agile coach in corporate goal setting and collaboration across the boundaries of product development. As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, he supported Zalando in its agile transformation and was actively involved in the development of the company as a manager and product owner in this scaling environment. His passion lies in structuring systems in such a way that the focus is ultimately on added value for the customer.
Jacqueline Roque
… supports employees, managers, teams and business units as an agile coach to work in an agile mindset. She is currently supporting teams at an NGO with the introduction of agile working methods. She has accompanied a number of teams in different companies over several years and knows the day-to-day practical challenges and strengths of working in an agile setup. She has worked with different levels of team maturity at SumUp, Flixbus and Native Instruments.

Ken Wira
… focuses on the development of healthy and regenerative organizations. As Head of People Transformation and Innovation at Metro AG, he is particularly familiar with the challenges of promoting agility and New Work in the corporate environment. He is also aware of the cultural differences in bringing teams in Germany and Asia along in this process. He constantly navigates between classic concepts (such as Lean Six Sigma) and modern approaches (such as OKR), between Europe and Asia and between established processes and innovations.
Samir Keck
… combines his own leadership experience with agile consulting. He has held leadership roles in various agile organizations and knows the challenges that managers face on a daily basis. As Domain Lead of Software Development at Flixbus, he set the framework for self-organized agile teams and as (Team Lead) Agile Coach at Zalando, he drove the agile transformation for 16,000 employees himself. As Head of People and Culture, he is currently managing the growth phase of a Berlin start-up (Sharpist), while at the same time co-founding Leadership³ and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of New Work first-hand and from numerous consulting projects. His focus is on the transformation from a classic leadership and organizational culture to agility and self-organization.
Steffen Sieler
…supports teams that build digital products to solve relevant problems. He has led various cross-functional teams as Senior Product Manager and managed the product organization as Product Lead at a startup for digital leadership development. He can thus provide support at many levels of product development: in product strategy, vision and research, in finding the product/market fit and using data, in user story specification and feature prioritization, through to product marketing and impact measurement. What are the structures and mindsets that product teams need to regularly produce valuable things? Here, he has a suitcase full of tools for working and thinking – e.g. on agile working, scrum and design thinking.

Prof. Dr. Tilman Eckloff
…is a border crosser between scientific research and application-oriented consulting practice. As part of his professorship in social psychology at the Business & Law School Berlin, he researches the background to human behaviour and experience in the social context of organizations. In his consulting practice with re|spic|ere, he develops and uses evidence-based tools and interventions against this background. He uses these to help individuals, teams and organizations to develop successfully in their respective social contexts and to cope appropriately with systemic complexity. His focus is always on ensuring that the communication, cooperation, leadership and structure practiced serve both the development of the individual and the efficient implementation of common, larger goals.

…as the founder and managing director of an international training and coaching agency, has experienced first-hand the challenges in all business areas of an organically growing start-up over the course of a decade. He discovered training and coaching as a vocation during his studies and supports individuals and teams in their processes. His current focus is on leadership development and individual coaching to enhance self-efficacy and personality.
