Join us for Learn & Connect, the leadership meetup where learning meets meaningful conversations.
This time, we’ll explore the misconceptions of self-organization—whether within individuals, teams, or entire organizations. Some think it means chaos, no leadership, or simply “everyone does what they want”—or even a dream setup where leaders sit back with a cocktail in hand. We’ll dig into these myths, share real-life stories of what went wrong, and hear your own experiences around self-organization.
After a short input to kick things off, we’ll move into small group discussions. It’s a space to reflect, exchange ideas, and rethink what it truly takes to support self-organization.
You can look forward to honest talks, surprising insights, and new connections.
After the workshop, we’ll wind down with some snacks and networking—plenty of time to chat, connect, and get to know each other.
