…as an Agile Coach, she supports employees, executives, teams, and business units in working with an agile mindset. Currently, she is accompanying an NGO in the transformation process from an initiative to an independent organization.

In recent years, she has accompanied numerous different teams in various companies for several years, and she is familiar with the everyday practical challenges and strengths of working in an agile setup.

She has worked with teams at Flixbus, Native Instruments, and SumUp, each with different levels of maturity. Her strength lies in effectively connecting the operational work of the teams with the larger picture of the organization. Ken Wira

.. . excels in building bridges between agility and traditional large corporations. Presently, he serves as a program and change manager, guiding projects within a major corporate setting.

In recent years, he played a pivotal role in the evolution of METRO AG’s In-House Consulting Team from its nascent start-up phase (comprising 20 members) to its current robust growth phase (now boasting 140 members), acting as a “New Way of Working Coach.” In this capacity, he infused the team with Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma principles, a New Work mindset, and fostered virtual collaboration.

His forte lies in creating avenues for individuals, teams, and organizations to undergo perspective shifts and engage in deep reflection. He achieves this through a blend of coaching, interactive workshops, training sessions, and compelling keynote addresses.
