Learn & Connect – Navigating Dilemmas 

Join us for our Spring Edition of Learn & Connect, a meetup where learning meets meaningful conversations.

Every organisation lives with tensions control vs. trust, hierarchy vs. self-organisation, speed vs. inclusion. Some of these dilemmas are openly discussed; many more shape our structures and processes invisibly, without us ever naming them explicitly.

This meetup is an invitation to surface and explore those tensions together.

We’ll look at how dilemmas show up in organisational life, in the way power is distributed, in how decisions get made, in the balance between rules and autonomy and ask: which ones do we navigate consciously, and which ones are quietly baked into the systems around us?

Come ready to share your experiences, challenge assumptions, and connect with others who are curious about the same questions.

After the workshop, we will have some snacks and time  to chat, connect, and get to know each other.
