Internal - Design (d/f/m)

How we work and what we offer:

We work asynchronously most of the time and don't have a fixed office.
Most of our team work 4-5 days a week in permanent positions and we come together for meetings, team days and working sessions in Berlin.

We are all partners at eye level and give you the opportunity to be a co-managing director for the duration of your internship and to be involved in all activities and decisions in our start-up and have access to all data.

We live what we advise and you will gain practical experience with us in dealing with New Work and receive theoretical support.
You will get to know elements of Scrum, Kanban, Holacracy, non-violent communication (NVC) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and select one of the team as your personal coach.

Your role:

As a team, we lack design expertise, so you can and should let off steam in this field.
You can create design projects for your portfolio that will actually be used in the real world and shape our visual language for the near future.
You can also choose a field of learning and experimentation from the various fields of activity of Sales & Events, Marketing & Social Media, IT or Finance & Accounting.

...have selected another area in which you will also be active.

by the end of the internship...
...understand individually what you can still learn and achieve with us.

- Fluent written German
(working language can be English)
- Work location Berlin (not mandatory)
