… how we successfully lead people in different levels of consciousness and paradigms,
… how we organize our work in hierarchy, holacracy and self-organization in various models.<\/p>\n

Many of us are still responsible in these contexts and so we complement each other to form an effective and fun team that loves its own work. The advice and support is the result of many years of work.
